Services Include:

• Reserved Beach

  500 meters from the Residence by car or foot, with cabana/restaurant La Grazia, the service includes the daily use of our private beach, equipped with umbrellas with beach chairs. The beach has private parking for a small fee or free parking along the street.

• Terrace/Solarium

  Above the Residence one will find our Terrace/Solarium with a breath taking panorama of Tropea and the Eolie islands. The Solarium is furnished with umbrellas and sun beds, and is also open during the night for star-gazing.

• Reserved Parking

  The Residence has private, covered parking, accessible 24 hours and adjacent to the building for the convenience of loading and unloading bags.

• Laundry

  The Residence is equipped with laundry facilities for the clientele to take advantage of at any time.

Non-included Services:

• Restaurant

  If during your stay you would like to try our delicious, traditional Italian dishes, please feel free to enjoy them in our restaurant for lunch or dinner, with reservation.

• Linens

  To relieve you from bringing your own linens and carrying several bags during your trip (as is custom in Italy), we have linen and bedding packages available to reserve, for long periods of time, for a small fee.
